What Led Me Here

I stepped into this work because I know firsthand what it feels like to be in transition—both personally and professionally. When I left my role as a senior executive, I was struck by how mechanical and impersonal the experience felt, especially given how closely my identity was tied to my work. I realized it didn’t have to be that way.
